Great communication until after I paid them. Then, it was like he couldn't care less. Tried to get first draft of graphic design for over a month after that with excuse after excuse as to why I hadn't received it yet (i.e. must not have right email, though I paid through my email) I was lied to so many times in that month it's not even funny. Then, nicely just asked for a refund to go our separate ways; once I got him on the phone, which is harder to do that advanced calculus. He nicely agreed. This was in April 2024. That was followed by a LONG string of lies about why I hadn't received it yet over months and now I'm having to take him to court to get it back. They have been removed but there were 3 more similar stories on BBB of him lying and stringing customers along just like this. Can't speak for his quality of work but he is a TERRIBLE, LYING business man.

I had a subpar experience. It took over 2 weeks for them to wrap half my car. No communication. Unless I called or I showed up to the business. Some of the wrap started peeling. I wasGlad they fixed it. My car has been wrapped just over a month now. Some little peeling.I was also told I’d get some stripes on. I gave up on reaching out. I was told one day then I call. I was told I’d be reached out once the vinyl came in. Another day I call I was told they’d call me back nothing. Again I called and now going onto week 2 of no communication.I won’t give 5 stars for this reason but the work wasn’t worth less than 2. A little disappointedWouldn’t say don’t use them but I will say be on top of the communication.
